Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking are fully refunded. Same-day cancellations receive a 50% credit valid for 30 days.
Is payment required upfront?
No upfront payment is required for enquiry bookings. Payment is settled on arrival or via bank transfer for monthly plans.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. A 14% VAT is applied at checkout for corporate invoices where required.
Can I extend my booking on the day?
Yes, subject to availability. Extensions are billed at the standard hourly rate and can be arranged at the front desk or via WhatsApp.
