We didn’t build just another office. We built the workspace we always wished existed — refined, purposeful, and quietly ambitious.
We Built the Workspace Downtown Cairo Was Missing.
It started with a real frustration. Dr. Khaled Amer, a tech professional and senior IEEE member, kept running into the same wall — Downtown Cairo had no proper place to work. Qasr El Aini had its energy, its people — but nowhere a professional could sit down, focus, and do serious work.
Together with co-founders Noha Khaled and Kamal Hesham, he decided to stop waiting for someone else to solve it. In 2026, they transformed a beautifully restored building on El Gawaly Street into La Voie Workspaces — designed from the ground up for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses who deserve better than a coffee shop table.
La Voie means “the way” in French. For us, it means finding a better way to work.

Our founder searched Cairo for a workspace that felt both premium and personal — and couldn’t find one. The gap between sterile corporate offices and informal cafés was wide open. La Voie was conceived to fill it.
