Booking & Access
You can submit a booking enquiry directly through our website by selecting your preferred space and filling in the enquiry form. Our team will confirm availability and send you a confirmation within a few hours. You can also reach us instantly via WhatsApp at +20 11 16993315.
La Voie Workspaces is open Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Our Private Rental Suite offers 24/7 keycard access for members on daily, weekly, or monthly plans. The Creative Studio, Conference Room, and Workstations follow standard operating hours.
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability, especially for the Creative Studio and Conference Room which are in high demand. That said, Workstation A and B may accept walk-ins depending on availability — it’s always best to call or WhatsApp us first.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking start time receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. For monthly Private Suite rentals, cancellations require 7 days’ written notice.
Pricing & Plans
We offer flexible plans to suit every need: hourly, half-day, full-day, weekly, and monthly rates. Each space has its own pricing structure. Visit our Pricing page for a full breakdown, or contact us for a custom quote for recurring corporate bookings.
Yes. Members on weekly or monthly plans enjoy discounted rates, priority booking, and complimentary credits for the Creative Studio. We also run periodic promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Absolutely. We work with companies of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises. Corporate packages can include dedicated desks, recurring conference room bookings, and event venue hire. Please contact us directly to discuss a tailored proposal.
Amenities & Facilities
All bookings include gigabit Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), ergonomic furniture, premium filter coffee and tea, printing credits, and access to shared lounge areas. Spaces may include additional amenities — see each space page for full details.
The Creative Studio includes a full cyclorama white wall, a green screen, professional studio lighting, a podcast recording setup with condenser microphones, a monitor/editing station, and a high-speed internet connection. It’s designed for photographers, videographers, podcasters, and digital creators.
We are located on El Gawaly Street in Downtown Cairo, well-served by street parking and nearby parking facilities. The building is also easily accessible by metro, bus, and ride-hailing services.
